Below are the Interview rounds:1. HR Interview/Discussion
2. Communication Tests.
Communication Skills Tests - Versant & Belit Guidelines: -
Versant Test: It's a listening and speaking test for 20 minutes. Candidates are judged on Reading, Repeating the sentences, Short Questions, Jumbled sentences, Story Retelling, Open Questions etc.
We would recommend you to go through the sample test for Versant and prepare accordingly prior to the test. Below is the link:-
Belit Test (Listening and Reading) It is a test of your comprehension ability. Questions are related to general grammar and related to the subject matter of the paragraph. You are given a time limit of 30mins to do this exercise.
Please Note:- These tests are mandatory in the recruitment process. The processing of your application further depends on your scores in these tests.
Please ensure you carry a photo identity proof and updated resume along with you.
